Christopher Shiers Digital is a sole-operator web design and growth studio based in Adelaide, South Australia. You can reach me at info@christophershiersdigital.com or 0407 007 025.

What I collect, and why

When you fill in a form on this site (contact form or free checklist signup), I collect your name, email address, phone number (where provided), business name (where provided), and anything else you choose to share in the message field. I use this information solely to reply to your enquiry, provide the resource you requested, and where you opt in, send you related follow-up emails.

I do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Tools I use

This site is hosted on Vercel and uses Resend to send and route email. If you opt in to receive the free Website Launch Checklist, your name and email are stored in Resend so I can send the welcome email and any follow-up tips you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email I send you.

I may also use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics 4) in aggregate, anonymised form to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. To make any of these requests, email me at info@christophershiersdigital.com and I'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
