This site is owned and operated by Christopher Shiers, trading as Christopher Shiers Digital, based in Adelaide, South Australia. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Indicative pricing

Prices shown on this site (including the package ranges on /pricing) are indicative starting points. Every project is scoped and quoted individually, and a final fixed quote is provided in writing before any work begins. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer until a written quote is signed.

How engagements work

The standard engagement is: free no-obligation mockup, then a fixed-scope written quote, then a 50% deposit on acceptance, and the remaining 50% on completion. Payment terms and any variations are detailed in your individual quote.

Care plans and growth retainers are billed monthly with no long-term lock-in unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Any outcomes, timelines, or results referenced on this site are based on past projects and are not guaranteed. Every business is different, and external factors (your market, your offer, your ad spend, search engine changes) materially affect results. I don't guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or conversion outcomes.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, code samples) is owned by Christopher Shiers Digital unless otherwise noted. On signed client engagements, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client on full payment, except for any third-party assets covered by their own licences.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Christopher Shiers Digital's total liability for any claim arising out of this site or any service is limited to the amount you have paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
